These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quuu website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Quuu Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a per-profile basis at the rates shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. New accounts may begin with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates the terms of any connected social network. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, schedule, and publish through the Service.

4. Connected accounts

The Service integrates with third-party social platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. You authorise us to access and act on those accounts on your behalf solely to provide the Service.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service and our underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating content. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
